By creating an account or using CarsNFC you agree to these terms.
CarsNFC lets auto dealers and salespeople build vehicle pages and share them with buyers through NFC cards and links. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
You keep ownership of the vehicle photos, descriptions, and other content you upload. You grant us permission to host and display that content as needed to run the service. You are responsible for having the right to use anything you upload, including photographs.
Do not use CarsNFC to post misleading vehicle information, to upload content you do not have rights to, to harass anyone, or to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Paid plans bill monthly in advance. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time and retain access through the period you have already paid for. Physical NFC cards are sold separately and ship with your first paid month.
Subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable. Contact us if something went wrong and we will look at it.
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using CarsNFC at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.
If we change these terms we will update the date above. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
